Honest & Quality Massage by an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).

I have been a LMT since 1999. I offer a combination of a Therapeutic Relaxing Medical-Based-Massage with a bit of a firm touch, and with some Sports Massage techniques which may increase a persons physical performance.  Also, recommended hot Moist Heat which penetrates and dilates structures through the skin bringing fresh oxygenated blood for better healing.  Hot stones, heating pads are dry heat and only excite the nerves and can't penetrate to taunt or rigid muscles. In other words, dry heat is useless on muscles, but moist heat and my educated style work miraculously.  My goal is getting results!     

$60-75mins.*

Chronic Injuries or pain?  Hopefully a physician is involved.  Massage therapy might be too aggressive!

 75-minutes is my recommended maximum treatment time.  If I happen to go over the 75-minutes you benefit.

* 75-minute massage is not recommended for elderly, fragile, or grossly obese clients. I only will do a gentle 40-minutes which includes head, neck, shouders, feet, front and back; maybe heat but I doubt it.
